Tsar B is the alias of Justine Bourgeus – operating from her homestudio in Belgium, she produces an eclectic mix of progressive R&B. Her inspiration comes from baroque music, ‘90s female-fronted R&B and artists like Björk, Grimes and Rihanna. With over 15 million organic streams to her name thanks to early tastemaker support (The Fader, Billboard, NME, BBC Radio 1, Beats 1) and a worldwide dance community embracing her songs (Escalate was featured on SYTYCD), she is ready for the next step and hungry for (even!) more.

Her single Rattlesnake oozes you in with a few violin plucks paired with her sighing voice, but it doesn’t take long before the bass to kick in. The sizzling beat enchants and hits hard, but it’s in particular the killer chorus where Tsar B slits your throat once and for all. Rattlesnake is taken from Tsar B’s forthcoming debut record, due late 2018. The song was coproduced by LOXE who has previously worked with Nao, Bo Rocha, etc. The pair have worked on more material which will be unveiled in the upcoming months.
